I was skeptical about a dehydrator making much difference, but after using this prep my gel manicure held up for over two weeks without a single chip. The non-acid primer really does help with adhesion on my oily nail beds.

My nails finally stopped lifting at the edges after I started wiping them down with this before every gel application—the moisture removal is noticeable from the very first use. It costs a bit more than acetone, but the adhesion difference is worth it.
