Fortaleza Inmortal 霧面橡膠上層凝膠 ~ 無 HEMA 及無 TPO 凝膠指甲油

This top coat gives my nails a really nice velvety feel without any of that chemical smell I was worried about. I've done two manis with it and the rubber base makes it flexible enough that I haven't had any chipping yet.

The matte finish is exactly what I wanted—smooth and velvety, not chalky at all. It’s flexible enough that my nails don’t feel stiff, though I did need two coats to get the full rubber-base effect.
